Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for the execution and delivery of multi-faceted, multiple and concurrent company's strategic initiatives ranging from moderate to complex with the agreed scope, schedule, budget and quality acceptance criteria following the company's Systems Development Methodology (SDM), Guidelines and Standards
  • Responsible for utilizing best practices on project management methodologies to create a project delivery plan that fits the stakeholders/customers’ requirements and desired outcomes and is fully accountable for the results of the project
  • Provide oversight on managing the production support for assigned application systems running in production
  • Perform team management responsibilities for project team members - business analysts, technical leads, software engineers and quality engineers assigned to the project
  • Able to propose solutions and infrastructure requirements for projects assigned in collaboration with Architecture team
  • Recommends appropriate technology stack that would address the business strategy or requirements
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders from the business units or specific work units by providing recommendations on available and viable IT solutions to support the business needs
  • Manage the project portfolio of assigned business domains to ensure alignment with company’s strategic directions and KPIs, track progress of various IT workstreams and communicate the same with project stakeholders
  • Provide oversight on the project execution in accordance with approved project management methodologies on system development including incident management for systems in production
  • Liaise with Regional counterparts or third-party providers and business partners in the delivery or implementation of new or enhanced applications or systems
  • Conduct risk management activities with respect to assigned projects: risk identification, risk assessment, risk responses or mitigation including tracking and execution of action plans identified
  • Review/analyze, allocate resources and satisfy user requests for new applications, improvements or enhancements of existing systems and programs
  • Identify critical processes and possible improvements in the business process or existing systems to reduce manual work and overhead as well as to increase operating efficiency, improve customer service, and enhance controls
