OUR CLIENT is a start-up company in the Philippines (2019), conducting business as a company for Auctioning cars for car dealers, and purchases cars from financial companies or banks and sets auction.

Job Description and Qualification:

This is for a start-up Japanese company in the automotive industry.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the employees for PC set-up
  • When some problems happen for the employees' PC, troubleshooting the issues
  • Ensuring security through access controls, backups and firewalls
  • Setting up the office equipment such as printers and routers, and providing daily support to the employees
  • Assisting with the implementation of the new system and software
  • Other duties related to IT system in the office, such as tracking inventory, negotiating contracts with vendors, developing contingency plans in case of network failure

  • Min 2y experience as IT system admin (experience of server/system configuration management, backup, license management, device replacement, troubleshooting)

  • Experience of setting up and troubleshooting for office equipment such as printers, Wi-Fi routers (can collaborate with vendors)

Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 9:00-18:00
