Job Description and Qualification:

  • Responsible for the successful planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure of projects. Ensures that projects’ desired results are achieved, the most efficient resources are used and the different interests involved are satisfied. Ensures that projects objectives are met, projects are completed on time and within budget, and everyone (team members including users) are doing their jobs/roles according to plan and standards.
  • Responsible for completing all phases of the system development life cycle from design through release and all architectural layers (user interface, web services, business logic, data services, etc.) of assigned applications or systems. Mentoring of team of system developers, including design collaboration and code reviews.
  • Works closely with relevant teams (internal and external) to ensure alignment and coordination across operations as part of seamless implementation of new and/or existing systems. Provides project management, functional and technical systems/application techniques/support to other team members.
  • Aside from developing and/or implementing new systems/applications, responsible for maintaining, supporting, and upgrading existing systems and applications.

Required Technical Skills:

  • 8+ years’ experience as a Software Developer using different languages such as Microsoft.Net (C# or VB.Net), JavaScript, JQuery, CSS, Java for Android, Swift for iOS and other open source and licensed software technologies for desktop, web and mobile applications.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Senior Developer
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in using Remote Function Call (RFC) interface with SAP ECC 6.0 and/or application programming interfaces (API) with other applications or systems
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience as Project Manager with at least 2 Systems Integration projects from planning to implementation and support worth at least $300K to $400K each
  • Knowledge and experience on professional software practices for the full software development life cycle and agile development methodology including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing and operations
  • Knowledge of applications programming theory, principles and practices as well as current and emerging applications programming and scripting languages and technology
