Job Description

·         Work within a global operations team with support, maintenance and setup of solutions

·         Lead and coach the regional cloud operations team to maintain and deliver a stable and secure cloud environment for our customers

·         Ensure Technical support team members are operating efficiently and with high quality

·         Ensure that we digitalize and automate our processes to a high degree

·         Collaborate with your regional counterparts to ensure an efficient and coherent way of working

·         Lead the operations team in running a secure and efficient cloud platform

·         Be the owner of documentation and dimensioning for your cloud environments

·         Create an environment that empowers and motivates people and teams through mentoring, generating energy, providing clear expectations and support

·         Encourage collaboration between your team and others within the global cloud operations organization

·         Oversee and drive recruitment and staffing for your team


·         Solid experience in software development Agile, Lean and DevOps ways of working

·         Technical support experience

·         Experience in leading operations and or software development teams or support teams

·         Successful experience in inspiring change throughout organizations

·         Leadership experience

·         Strong competence in public cloud platforms

·         Excellent collaboration and communication skills

·         Track record of showing result orientation and interest to work with organizational as well as process change

·         Proficiency in English, both verbal and written

·         Minimum of Bachelor's degree (B.S) in IT or Business field

·         Minimum 5 years working within Software/Support/Cloud infrastructure
