Job Description and Qualification:

Job Qualifications

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication) or equivalent.
  • Required skill(s):
    • At least two (2) years work-related experience in information Technology or equivalent exposure
    • IT related certification (Cisco Certification is an advantage) in corporate set-up
    • Has clear understanding of setup and troubleshooting of various IT Systems (PC or endpoint devices, network, servers and etc.)
    • Strong background in IT system technical support, maintenance and documentation
    • Strong background in providing telephone/email, remote and onsite support
    • Strong business acumen with strong interests in keeping up-to-date with current technologies
    • Good analytical and problem solving skills
    • Customer-oriented, exudes a positive disposition and attitude even when faced with
    • challenges
    • Good verbal and written communication skills with presentation and negotiation skills
    • Able to read, write and speak Japanese is an advantage
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Makati.
  • Can start ASAP


  • Provide technical support to company internal and customer IT system via telephone/email, remote and on-site
  • Provide technical support for various IT systems (PC or endpoint devices, network, servers and etc.)
  • Gather the technical requirement, develop low design, implementation and user acceptance plan to customer
  • Work with vendors and suppliers/principals for technical support
  • Creates and maintain technical documents, diagram and operational manuals

Salary: Php18,000.00 to Php20,000.00 /month
