Job Description and Qualification:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Liasing with the Warehosue, Sales and other relevant departments to determine items to order;·
  2. Request for Proforma Invoices from Overseas Suppliers;·
  3. Processing of Overseas Purchase Orders;·
  4. Placing/Commmunication of orders with Suppliers from overseas;·
  5. Processing of Proforma Invoices and IDF Application;·
  6. Processing of Import Documents such as SRA Certification, SPS Application and DA certification;·
  7. Preparation of Marine Insurance Covers;·
  8. Processing of request for payment for Suppliers;·
  9. Preparation of Letters of Credit and other bank documents related to all shipments and DA and DP terms;·
  10. Expediting/routing follow up on status of goods to ensure that suppliers meet delivery deadlines;·
  11. Monitoring/tracking of incoming shipments and communicate to concern department/parties;· Liasing with Clearing agents/forwarders and brokers on cargo clearance with Customs;· Expediting inspection of goods received;·
  12. Expedite releasing of goods from customs at minimum cost;·
  13. Notifying suppliers on short-shipment, over shipment and faulty items received and taking necessary action;·
  14. Ensuring complete and keeping of records of all import documents;·
  15. Updating of imports register and emailing consignment status reports to the MD, warehouse and sales department;·
  16. Preparation of export documents when requested by clients;·
  17. Review cost and billings of customs, shipping companies, brokers and forwarders;·
  18. Ensure that all import and export items/products of the company has proper licenses and certification from concern government agencies e.g. FDA and CPR and import permit;· Monitor and ensure that all Import/Export License of the Company required by the Philippine government is updated and renewed on time e.g. BIR, BOC, BAI, BPI, FDA, NMIS, SRA;· Any other duty that may be assigned by the managing director.·

Job Qualifications:

1. Must be very keen to details

2. Good Communication Skills

3. Has an experience in Logistics

4. Should be a Bachelor's degree graduate, preferably Customs Admin Graduate

5. Flexible to work under pressure


Salary:

18,000.00
