Job Description and Qualification:

The Role 
  • Provides immediate and long-term medical care to ensure that all employees are physically and mentally able to perform jobs 
  • Provides assistance to the Health and Medical Services Supervisor and company doctor in administering health care and company’s medical plan benefit 
  • Coordinates, administers, and monitors health, safety and wellness programs 
  • Attends to employees’ and dependents’ basic medical and dental needs including annual medical examination 
  • Conducts routine plant tours and accident investigation to determine potential health hazards 
  • Maintains and updates the medical records and ensure its confidentiality 
  • Coordinates and facilitates safety training and programs in preparation for emergency situations 

The Individual 
  • Registered Nurse with minimum two (2) years training/experience in emergency or critical care 
  • Certified First Aider and CPR provider 
  • Certified BOSH (Basic Occupational Safety and Health Training for Nurse) 
  • With basic knowledge in Occupational Health and exposure in an industrial or hospital setting 
  • Physically able to carry heavy medical equipment and/or patients during emergencies and rescue operations 
  • Proficient in MS Office Applications 
  • With valid driver’s license 
  • Willing to work on shifting or on-call schedule 
  • Preferably a resident of Laguna or nearby provinces
