Job Description and Qualification:

You will join a vibrant and global information security and business resilience practice and team that works hard to enable and facilitate business while protecting our people and key information assets located in over eighteen countries. This multi-discipline team pulls together several specialties forging strong ties between:

  • Information Security and Information Protection

  • Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Management

  • Risk & Control Assessments

  • IS Audit and Compliance support

  • Vulnerability Management

  • Vendor Risk Management

Job Responsibilities
  • Execute documented process workflows to deliver the following services:
    • Information Security Management (ISM)
    • Business Continuity Management (BCM)
    • Controls and Compliance
    • Identity and Access Management (IAM)
    • General Information Risk Management (IRM)
    • Security Operations
  • Maintain content within Information Risk Management systems.
  • Update IRM documentation as required.
  • Conduct information requests, assessments and system/log monitoring activities
  • Work with all levels of the organization to perform assigned duties
  • Assist in driving continuous improvement initiatives across areas
  • Work independently on assigned tasks while providing regular progress updates to onshore partners
  • Communicate via email, chat and telephone with globally dispersed coworkers and clients
  • Deliver on ad-hoc reports/requests
Skills and Competencies
  • Strong focus and attention to detail in both normal and high-pressured situations
  • Effective administrative and analytical skills
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • High proficiency using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word, and collaboration tools (e.g., Yammer and Skype)
  • Working knowledge of IRM principles in one or more areas is preferred (Information Security Management, Technology Risk Management, Business Continuity Management, Security Operations and Controls & Compliance)
  • Experienced in report generation in vulnerability reports sourced from vulnerability scanning tools and system inventories is good to have
  • Knowledge of and experience with IT principles, operations and processes are important.
  • Exposure to financial services or similar complex large corporate environments with the depth and complexity comparable to the company
  • Hands-on experience as an IT Systems, Security or Risk Analyst is an asset
Schedule: Fixed night shift (8 PM to 5 AM), weekends off
