Job Description and Qualification:

Responsibilities: 

· Lead the end to end management of creative, media and BTL agency partners, fostering best-in-class and highly productive agency partnerships 
· Sourcing, negotiating, contracting and managing advertising and media agencies 

· Designing the collaboration process for creative and media agencies to come up with efficient and effective 360 channel and communication strategy and mix to deliver KPIs                       

· In charge of evaluation process and recommendation for renewal/replacement 

· Develop brand and product marketing campaigns to build and differentiate the brand’s positioning and awareness per product (in coordination with Product and Brand/Comm Lead) 
· Work closely with Regional Brand and Communication and IMC Lead to create a seamless and consistent message approach across touchpoints, including own assets. This includes ensuring that information is always updated and accurate 
· Provides new and creative growth strategies for digital conversion paths 
· Optimize budget vs. deliverables/KPIs 
· Developing and managing end to end execution of campaigns to ensure quality, uphold brand image and target achievements 
· Continually optimize campaign performance against brand and business objectives 
· Write creative briefs for and communicate client goals clearly to agencies. 
· Understand consumer insights deeply to provide directions on the creative and internal communication (work closely with Regional Brand Communication) that will resonate with the target audience 
· Designing a clear, attributable and actionable post evaluation report for implemented campaigns 

 

Qualifications: 

· At least 10 years of brand marketing and Go To Market planning and execution experience 

· Experience in strategizing, developing, activating and driving brand campaigns, BTL executions and consumer promotions 

· Proven experience in localizing global brands to local markets 

· Strong project management skills 

· Experienced in managing third party agencies (contract evaluation, evaluation, etc.) 

· Can-do attitude, ability to think outside the box 

· Background in FMCG, financial, fintech, or ad agency preferred. Experience in other sectors is also welcomed.
