Job Description and Qualification:


• Develop sales opportunities within specific sectors by researching and identifying potential accounts. 
• Cold-call prospects that are generated by external lead sources.
• Identify decision makers within targeted leads to begin sales process, and document the typical procurement process. 
• Penetrate all targeted accounts and radiate sales from within client base. 
• Collaborate with appropriate team members to determine necessary strategic sales approaches.
• Create and deliver qualified opportunities to other team members.
• Ensure follow-up by passing leads to appropriate team members with calls-to-action, dates, complete profile information, sources, etc. 
• Assist in creating RFP responses to potential clients using standard material or by working with pre-sales personnel.
• Make outbound follow-up calls to existing clients via telephone and / or email to cross-sell, up-sell or to follow up and close license and / or project renewals. 
• Handle inbound, unsolicited prospect calls and ideally qualify prior to handing off to Sales. 
• Emphasize product/service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and/or reports. 
• Enter new customer data and update changes to existing accounts in the corporate database.


• Demonstrated ability to operate at this level for the past 2 years preferably within a similar technology company;
• The ability to clearly and concisely articulate a value proposition;
• The ability to listen and work in a consultative manner;
• Great Communication Skills
