Job Description and Qualification:

We seek highly motivated individuals to join our dynamic Supply team as an Inventory Planner. This role will optimize and deliver sustainable materials availability and usage outcomes for the regions.

  • Work collaboratively with Inventory and other colleagues to optimize and deliver sustainable materials availability and usage outcomes
  • lability for scheduled work, and make recommendations in line with the Inventory Planning process
  • Review free text items, identify opportunity for transfers, and ensure Parts Availability alignment with Work Order scheduling
  • Co-ordinates proactively and effectivity to expedite delivery of materials when schedule changes cannot be accommodated
  • Manages demand through the release of purchase requisitions, seeks to utilize inventory within the network by transferring stock, where possible
  • Address ad hoc queries from business, drumbeat PA meetings around inventory value, service, PA, and WO planning
Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree and/or similar qualification in a commercial, business and/or technical discipline
  • At least 3 years experience in inventory management
  • Experience in ERP Parts Availability Tracking, with SAP preferred
  • Experience in ERP Work Order MRP mgmt., with SAP preferred
  • Demonstrated experience with monitoring parts availability
  • Demonstrated experience with supply chain expediting
