Job Description and Qualification:


Responsible for ensuring all products or services meets all the established controls set within the standards of the Company in terms of quality including reliability, usability and performance required for distribution and the market.
Responsible for the overall coordination in terms of implementation, execution, control and completion of specific projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.
- Supervise and maintain record of all real-time perishable inventory level to ensure minimization of product obsolescence and stock out.
- Perform regular activation and prepare performance based reports for inventory.
- Monitor monthly inventory and cycle counting process to ensure inventories are reconciled.
- Validate bulk vessel bagging calculation every completion of vessel discharging.
- Inventory movement validation for bulk operations and across warehouse site.
- Validation and monitoring of Procote usage consumption on coated fertilizers .
- Manage correspondence by initiating purchasing request on all indirect material requirements for operations across all sites based on pre-defined holding inventory.
- Validation of all CRC related billings based on agreed rates with vendors prior to approval and processing.
- Coordinate with teams and perform different types of monitoring progression of company.
- Draft quality assurance policies and procedures
- Interpret and implement quality assurance standards and procedures
- Evaluate adequacy of quality assurance standards
- Devise sampling procedures and directions for recording and reporting quality data.
- Review the implementation and efficiency of quality and inspection systems.
- Plan, conduct and monitor testing and inspection of materials and products to ensure finished product quality.
- Document internal audits and other quality assurance activities.
- Investigate customer complaints and non-conformance issues.
- Collect and compile statistical quality data.
- Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in the quality system.
- Develop, recommend and monitor corrective and preventive actions.
- Prepare reports to communicate outcomes of quality activities.
- Identify training needs and organize training interventions to meet quality standards.
- Coordinate and support on-site audits conducted by external providers.
- Evaluate audit findings and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Monitor risk management activities.
- Responsible for document management systems.
- Assure ongoing compliance with quality and industry regulatory requirements.
Project Management
- Lead the planning and implementation of assigned projects
- Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
- Define project tasks and resource requirements
- Develop and present full scale project plans
- Assemble and coordinate required resource allocation to fulfill project
- Monitor project progress spend vs approved budget
- Plan and schedule project timelines
- Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
- Provide direction and support to project team members on assigned project
- Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
- Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
- Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
- Project evaluations and assessment of results

Graduate of any BS Degree in Engineering or related fields.
At least 5 to 8 years equivalent work experience
Working knowledge of supply chain principles
Proven experience on handling small to medium scale projects
Effectively works and deliver results in a collaborative environment
