  • Answer emails from customers professionally and respond to customer inquiries
  • Research required information using available resources
  • Handle and resolve customer complaints regarding product sales to customer service problem
  • Identify and escalate priority issues and report to high-level management
  • Record details of comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken
  • Perform other related duties, as assigned
Desired:
  • JLPT N2 or equivalent
  • With experience in IT/BPO/Call Center industry
  • Above average communication skills
  • Proficient in MS Office software
  • Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig
  • Two Full-time positions available
