Client is one of Japanese BPO company servicing online English lesson, IT web service of Translation and Customer service. This job position is customer service business unit requirement and seeking the bilingual talents for the new account starting in April 2019.
【Job description】
- Handle customer relation service of IT related new account
- Handle the question and queries about its company's products such as home appliance, Audio machine,game machine,mobile etc)
- Processing the service and report according to the system
【Qualification】
- Collage graduate
- Japanese Language Proficiency ( JLPT N2- N1 level)
- Amenable to work in BGC
- Willing to work as CSR staff and enjoy the quality service
* This is new requirement for the new business account and seeking for 5,6 staffs at one time. Salary range is maximum 100k
