Job Description and Qualification:

Deliver high-quality Japanese language and culture training using variety of media types. Provide course and learner feedback to key stakeholders. Maintain the highest level of expertise in Japanese upskilling. Monitor the quality and effectiveness of the learning environment and outcomes. 

What we need:
  • Japanese Language: N2 or N1
  • Must have a relevant experience in teaching
  • Amenable to work on shifting and in different locations

Responsibilities:
  • Teach in blended learning environment including Instructor-Led Training, Virtual Instructor Led Training, and Social Learning methods.
  • Mastery of course content and related courseware, certification as appropriate.
  • Demonstrate specialist knowledge in assigned curricula areas.
  • Regularly provide feedback on content and recommend improvement of courseware.
  • Conduct assessments and administer pre and post-training exams/tests as required.
  • Act as mentor in obtaining certifications and in overall quality improvement.
  • Support supervisor for in-depth content-related questions in solution area.
