Job Description and Qualification:

  • At least High School graduate
  • Native, JLPT N1-N2 passer
  • ITIL Certified
  • Preferably with technical experience
  • Able to translate technical documents between Japanese to English (and vice versa) both oral and written
  • Has IT/SD background (preferred)
  • Has experience in the customer service field such as BPO, Travel, Healthcare (preferred)
  • Hardworking and willing to work on holidays, shifting schedules and grave-yard shift
