  • Serves as brand ambassador at various events, e.g. career fairs/ on-campus recruiting events;
  • Researches into clients company; develops and implement strategies based on clients’ needs;
  • Researches into competitors and market place; research and develop recruiting leads;
  • Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
  • Create a candidate persona for each open position;
  • Conduct confidential interviews; reviews references and check references and credentials;
  • Present detailed candidate profile summaries; Present shortlisted candidates
  • Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
  • Implements agency’s oversea employment policy; tracks and manages the overall deployment process
  • Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees;
  • Explains contract to employees to be deployed.
  • Adheres to laws, rules and data privacy regulations;
  • Maintain trustworthy relationships with Government agencies and partner –customer companies.
  • Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
  • Maintains respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
  • BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
  • N1 Level in Japanese Language Proficiency Test;
  • Passion about HR methods;
  • 5 years of experience with Overseas Manpower Agency;
  • 3-5 years of experience in recruiting with candidate sourcing tools and methods;
  • Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes;
  • Excellent knowledge of candidates selection methods;
  • Excellent ability to scan large volumes of resumes;
  • Good ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
