Job Descrition:
- Serves as brand ambassador at various events, e.g. career fairs/ on-campus recruiting events;
- Researches into clients company; develops and implement strategies based on clients’ needs;
- Researches into competitors and market place; research and develop recruiting leads;
- Identify prospective candidates using a variety of channels
- Create a candidate persona for each open position;
- Conduct confidential interviews; reviews references and check references and credentials;
- Present detailed candidate profile summaries; Present shortlisted candidates
- Counsel the candidate on corporate benefits, salary, and corporate environment
- Implements agency’s oversea employment policy; tracks and manages the overall deployment process
- Administer and submit all hiring paperwork for new employees;
- Explains contract to employees to be deployed.
- Adheres to laws, rules and data privacy regulations;
- Maintain trustworthy relationships with Government agencies and partner –customer companies.
- Build long-term relationships with past and potential candidates
- Maintains respective candidate pools to ensure qualified candidates remain engaged in current or future opportunities
Qualifications:
- BS degree in Human Resources or related field;
- N1 Level in Japanese Language Proficiency Test;
- Passion about HR methods;
- 5 years of experience with Overseas Manpower Agency;
- 3-5 years of experience in recruiting with candidate sourcing tools and methods;
- Excellent understanding of full cycle recruitment processes;
- Excellent knowledge of candidates selection methods;
- Excellent ability to scan large volumes of resumes;
- Good ability and willingness to learn about the position requirements
