Job Description:
  • Responsible for providing customer service through prompt answering of email and phone call
  • Answer customer questions about basic banking services, such as account balances and interest rates and fees
  • Check on the status of customer accounts and track checks and payments
  • Help customers protect their accounts by reviewing suspicious activity, reversing transactions and reissuing compromised debit and credit cards
Job Qualification:

  • Graduate of any 4-year course
  • JLPT N2 passer and above
  • Willing to work on-site in Makati
  • Preferably with experience in Customer Service or in Banking Industry
