Our client is a company which creates and manages an information web-site about games It is a web service for game users that started in the summer of 2014 with the concept of "making games more fun". 
Providing the latest news, tactics wiki, articles, and other information related to the game quickly. 
The number of users has increased significantly since its release in the summer of 2014, and as of December 2019, it has reached 30 million users per month.
And, they decided to create their web-service written in English to provide more fun not only Japanese people but also people all over the world!

Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description:

  • Coordination with company's subcontractors (payroll, labor, acc/finance, and law)
  • Recording and keeping of the contracts, permits and other pertinent documents
  • Communicating with government agencies such as DOLE and BIR when needed
  • Monitoring office supplies, office equipment, welfare items like uniforms, and anything that belongs to the office
  • Managing checks and bills
  • Taking care of facility maintenance and coordinating with building admin
  • Monitoring of employee attendance and leaves
  • Managing of in-house application and approval system
  • Updating company handbook and other company rules when necessary
  • Checking payroll computation
  • Other admin/HR related duties instructed by the President or Japan head office

Job Qualifications:

  • Atleast JLPT N2 level (Able to speak in a business level)
  • Bachelor's Degree holder
  • Atleast 5 years experience in HR & Admin role
  • Atleast 2 years experience in Payroll
  • Has experience working with a Japanese Manager
  • Can start immediately
