The client is a provider of cloud-based AI solutions for accounts payable automation serving multi-national companies in the manufacturing, pharmaceutical and chemical industries. They enable customers to automate the incoming invoice process on a global scale. The company was founded in 2004 by a team of AI experts and has offices in Germany and Austria.

They have now opened our brand-new subsidiary in Manila/Alabang for the Asian market. Currently, looking for consultants supporting our customers to rollout Invoicetrack globally and automate their accounts payable processes.

Job Description and Qualification:

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Looking for improvement opportunities in the customer’s global AP process
  • Close collaboration with our product development team to enhance our service
  • Assessing the pros and cons of possible solution strategies
  • Application support and training of key users
  • Assisting in testing process to discover gaps in our solution or customer business processes
  • Managing customer relationships
  • Compiling and presenting information orally, visually and in writing

Required Qualification

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Finance or Business course preferred but open to any)
  • At least 1 year of Finance background, preferably in Accounts Payable/Invoice Processing
  • Proficient with Japanese (JLPT N3 - N1), can converse in English
  • Amenable to work on shifting schedule
  • Set up is currently WFH but candidate must be willing to work in Alabang once onsite operations resumes
  • Can start ASAP
