Job Description:

  • Processing of monthly payrolls according to country schedule and policies
  • Banking activities including communication with bank regarding receipt of direct deposit file, positive pay upload for checks and daily banking activities for rejects, incorrect account numbers or stop payments.
  • Calculating and processing of final and special payments. Sends funding request to Treasury Team
  • Works directly with HR Direct and Employee Central related to payroll issues
  • Managing of the Payroll service mailbox. Includes responding to employees’ inquiries and business/cross functional partner inquiries
  • Managing of escalations and maintaining service level agreement, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of payroll payments
  • Performs end-user trainings for HR systems enhancements (WorkForce and Employee Central Payroll)
  • Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR to ensure operational process excellence
  • Handle special projects and reports for the supported country/-ies

Job Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3-4 years experience in the field of Payroll and Time Administration
  • Experience in the following HR systems; SuccessFactors, SAP and WorkForce is an advantage
  • International experience preferred and would be an advantage
  • JLPT N3-N1 level, business-level English proficiency
  • Strong customer service skills and quality orientation
  • Ability to work across business units /geographies, cultural sensitivity
Working Conditions:
  • Monday to Friday
  • 9am - 6pm
  • Temporarily work-from-home setup (Must be willing to work onsite)
