Job Description:
- Execute and run back-end processes around employee on-boarding, hiring, general employee data administration, employee termination, etc. Adheres to the data quality standards and delivers against defined SLAs.
- Participate in the roll-in of the selected BI countries following the Deployment Roadmap until 2023 regarding Employee Central. Ensuring high quality service and day one readiness for every new country rolled in.
- Accountable for the execution of all related end to end processes, continuously striving for improvements.
- Consultation and creation for all types of contractual documents for internal and external personnel measurements (e.g. New Hires (national/international), Transfers, Contract Extensions, Part Time Work) taken into consideration the country-specific regulations and the respective legal entity company agreement. If required initiation of works council agreement approvals.
- Orchestration of all relevant HR-specific On boarding activities
- Consultation and realization of reorganization including but not limited to teams, business units and legal entity/corporation.
- Liase with the respective HRBP/Local HR to ensure operational process excellence. Provide reliable reports and data to HR BPs and CoEs when required.
- Handle special projects and reports for the supported countries under the supervision of the Regional Head of Employee Central
Job Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Expert knowledge in the field of Employee Administration
- Ideally work experience in different HR roles
- Extensive customer orientation
- Business fluency in English and Japanese language
- Business Process Excellence
- Ability to work across business units /geographies; cultural sensitivity
- Strong external network providing access to best HR and talent practices and innovation
- Monday to Friday
- 9am - 6pm
- Temporarily work-from-home setup (Must be willing to work onsite)
