Customer Support
  • Attend to queries from game players through email in English
  • Coordinate with Japan counterpart to address issues using the Japanese Language

Advertisement Support
  • Support operators in monitoring advertisements of clients
  • Coordinate with Japan counterpart to deliver necessary services

Desired Qualities:
  • Proficient in English
  • Japanese Language should be equivalent to JLPT N1
  • Team player
