Job Description and Qualification:

  • Receiving e-mails from customers and learn about their needs, complaints or other issues
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  • Building good relationships with clients and other division members
  • Reporting to the center supervisor accurately
Desired:
  • Bachelor's Degree holder of any field
  • Japanese proficiency JLPT N3 level or above
  • English proficiency
  • Preferably with working experience in Customer Service fo a year
  • Amenable to work in BGC
Work condition:
  • 5 days/week
  • Dayshift, from 800-1700
