Job Description and Qualification:

< Job Description>
  • Get e-mail/message from customers and learn about their needs, complaints, or other issues.
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to customers, explaining possible solutions, and ensuring that clients feel supported and valued
  • Building good relationships with clients and other division members
  • Reporting to the center supervisor accurately

< Qualification>
  • College graduate in any field
  • Japanese proficiency JLPT N3 level or above
  • English proficiency 
  • Preferably having experience of Customer service for 1.5 years
  • Amenable to work in day shift schedule ( fix 2 days off a week)
  • Can work immediately
  • Amenable to work in BGC in Taguig city
< Work condition>
  • 5 days a week ( day shift 8:00-17:00/ 2 day off a week)
