  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 5 year(s) of working experience in general HR is required for this position.
  • At least managerial experience in HR.
  • Has experience in setting up a new company - making company handbook, recruiting pioneer staff, etc.
  • Has experience in food service industry, preferably restaurant franchises.
  • Preferably has experience in working for a Japanese company.
  • 1 Full-Time position available.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Finalize organization structure and recruitment strategies
  • Create payroll rule regarding sharing of service charge to employees
  • Make company handbook, policies, and procedures
  • Create compensation and benefits structure and evaluation system
  • Assist in recruiting pioneer staff, train employees as needed
  • Other general HR tasks

Planned work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-18:00
Salary range: 50,000-70,000
