Job Description and Qualification:

JOB SUMMARY

 

Manages own accounts as assigned by the RM, assists in the management and servicing of the RMs critical accounts and oversee the overall servicing of the teams portfolio.

 

SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

 

 1. Proper discharge of a Jr RM’s functions

Account Management ( own accounts )

  • Prepares Credit Proposal for own new accounts, including Account Plan and Account Profitability Analysis
  • Coordinates with ERM for the renewal of credit facilities
  • Grows accounts assigned by RM thru proper and efficient management
  • Endorses transactions prepared by Service Officer / Account Assistant to the proper approving authority / body
  • Presents establishment / renewal of credit facilities to proper approving body ( Credit Committee, Executive Committee )

Account Servicing ( RMs/Teams critical accounts )

  • Takes charge of documentation of approved credit facilities
  • Coordinates with support units for proper implementation of clients’ requests and transactions

2. Oversees the overall servicing of the teams portfolio thru proper coordination with the assigned Services Officer / Account Assistant. Supervises the SO / AA to ensure smooth flow of the day to day transactions and proper documentation of credit facilities.

 

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Main contact for client transactional requirements- know how to facilitate loan, Trade (LCTR), FX, Cash transactions
  • Knowledgeable about bank documentation pertaining to client credit facilities
  • Has good Loans, Cash, Trade and FX product knowledge
  • Has some degree of financial statement analytical skills
  • Key attributes:
    • Highly personable

    • High degree of confidence
    • Able to converse with client bank representatives, treasury assistants, Finance managers,   
    •  Good verbal and written communication skills (Speaks English fluently and correct grammar)
    • Can liaise with external and internal clients/partners
    • Can work independently
