Overview of the Job:

The Key Accounts Specialist is responsible for managing, maintaining a long term relationship, and maximizing sales opportunities with accounts. He/she directly reports to the Key Accounts Manager

Job Description:

  • Works in liaison with the key accounts in the whole of Luzon, maintaining and managing strong business relationships
  • Plays an integral role in new business pitches and holds responsibility for the effective on-boarding of new clients
  • Focuses on growing and developing existing accounts (monitors the amount of sales and stock deliveries in each area) together with generating new businesses
  • Conducts the hiring of sales promotion staffs (promo girls, promodizers, etc.)
  • Directly Reports to the Key Accounts Manager

Qualifications:

  • 25 to 33 years old
  • With driver’s license
  • Minimum of 3 years doing sales for fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) AND/OR over-the-counter (OTC) products
  • Experience of Key Accounts Management in consumer goods
  • Proficiency in communicating the English language
  • Graduate of any 4-year course

Working conditions:

  • Monday to Friday, 9 - 6 PM
  • Operations car will be provided
