Job Description:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field.
  • Must have solid experience in negotiating Collective Bargaining Agreements.
  • Must have work experience in a unionized company.
  • Must be an expert in Labor Law.
  • Preferably with background in the mining industry.
  • Will be based in Taguig, but must be willing to travel to site/s (outside Metro Manila) as needed.
  • Degree in Law is an advantage.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Harmonize the labor relations of the company and help the employees return to its productive work condition
  • Represent the company in collective bargaining talks with the unions
  • Engage in labor relations (e.g CBA negotiations,minimizing unions, etc) and community relations
  • Attend labor related hearings and various consultations with the DOLE, DENR., etc.
  • Advise HR staff regarding labor problems
  • Support Site HR Managers in resolving disputes and in negotiations
Work schedule: Mondays to Fridays, 8:00-17:00
