The Land Acquisition Sr. Manager will be responsible in identifying and evaluating potential sites for new project development and company expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible in conducting due diligence, facilitating negotiations, and processing other requirements needed for the successful and timely acquisition of land.

• Conduct regular field work and inspections to identify possible strategic areas for expansion

• Conduct preliminary assessment of lot offers

• Ensures the completion of documentary requirements and disbursement of payments on properties for acquisition

• Coordinate with various internal and external customers to resolve legal and technical issues of the property

• Establish good relationships with brokers / sellers and represent the company during meetings when necessary

• Prepare required documentation and facilitate negotiation and deal-closing activities

• Conduct various research work and feasibility studies

• Facilitate the completion of required legal documents such as Earnest Money Agreement, Memorandum of Agreement, Deed of Absolute Sales, etc.

• Run financial analyses to support executive management’s short and long-term business strategies and decisions

• At least 5 years’ experience in real estate business planning and raw land acquisition, preferably with a property developer

• Systematic, diplomatic and with deep knowledge in land acquisition process in the Philippines.
