Job Description and Qualification:

Key Responsibilities 
  • Salesforce CRM brief knowledge 
  • Salesforce Pardot expertise 
  • Advertising Studio expertise 
  • Campaign / Journey creation and management 
  • Account Based Marketing campaigns 
  • Social Selling, Linkedin Sales Navigator support and training 
  • Interface with Pardot team in Europe, LATAM and Brazil; 
  • 5 to 7 years of experience with Lead Management, Pardot and Advertising Studio 
Skills and Specifications 
  • Bachelor’s in business or marketing; 
  • Exceptional knowledge of sales, marketing and development processes; 
  • Strong leadership, sales support, project management and training skills; 
  • Forwarding thinking and should possess problem-solving skills; 
  • Excellent analytical and presentation skills including demonstration skills to handle many assignments simultaneously; 
  • Efficiently work under pressure, deadlines, and stretch extra hours to complete assigned task.
  • Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, leadership, and third parties; 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; 
  • Strong client service, self-motivation and time management skills required; 
  • Strong proofreading and copyediting skills; 
  • Ability to work independently and with a team; 
  • Comfortable in ambiguity; able to create clarity and understanding while meeting ambitious goals; 
  • Enjoys operating in a fast-paced and demanding environment; a nimble and flexible style; able to juggle multiple competing priorities;
