Job Description and Qualification:


People Management
  •     Responsible for resource management, recruiting, hiring, workforce planning, contractor engagement, etc.
  •     Provides encouragement to team members, including communicating team goals and identifying areas for new training or skill checks
  •     Generates and shares comprehensive and detailed reports about team performance, mission-related objectives, and deadlines 
  •     Conducts team meetings to update members on best practices and continuing expectations
  •     Leadership and coaching skills to build High Performing teams
  •     Provides leadership support for small groups and teams
  •     Contributes to the success of a team
  •     Enables team to operate well and deliver outcomes
  •     Provides coaching for technologists to increase engagement and drive productivity

Project Management
  •     Responsible for executing technical and business projects across multiple stakeholders; developing analysis to support process and project improvements
  •     Manages and coordinates business and technical projects through all phases of initiation, development and implementation
  •     Ensures that assigned projects are completed within budgets and schedules while meeting client business objectives
  •     Provides effective communication within the project team, stakeholders, sponsors and management
  •     Identifies resource needs for the project and establishes roles, expectations, and goals with team member
  •     Manages multiple small and/or medium-sized projects ensuring project deliverables are brought in on time, within budget and quality targets
  •     Facilitation and problem solving
  •     Be a supporter / enabler in new ways of working including Agile methodology as appropriate
Decision Making

Client Relations
  •     Works with clients to define and manage the scope, strategy, requirements and implementation of projects

  •     Specifies and effectively communicates desired outcomes for current and future projects
  •     Work with other designers, copywriters, photographers, web developers, account managers/business units, etc. to meet client needs
  •     Coordinates across stakeholders to resolve moderately complex issues
  •     Accountable for working across teams and across groups to streamline processes and resolve issues
  •     Coordinates vendor onboarding as needed to support the teams
  •     Collaborates across teams and leaders to drive project outcomes
  •     Works with teams to drive issue resolution
  •     Must have Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or other relevant fields
  •     At least 2 – 3 years’ experience in people management, project management or any related fields
  •     3 – 4 years’ experience in managing web development and web application projects using programming languages such as HTML, HTML5, CSS, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JS Framework (REACT, AngularJS)
  •     Knowledgeable in Web User Interface Design (UI), Web User Experience (UX).
  •     Knowledgeable in web development concepts like Cross-Browser Techniques, Object-Oriented Design, Security Principles, etc.
  •     Must have experiences in SharePoint Online (SPO) and SharePoint On-Premise development, and understand the differences between these 2 environments.
  •     Knowledgeable in using development tools such as SharePoint Designer 2013, Visual Studio, Sublime, etc. (Development Tool/IDE) is an advantage
  •     Knowledgeable in SharePoint Framework (SPx) is an advantage
  •     Knowledgeable in Remote development techniques like .NET CSOM and JSOM, PowerShell, The REST API, The Add-in Model (SharePoint-hosted and Provider-hosted) is an advantage
  •     Knowledgeable in Azure environment (Web Apps, Web Jobs, Azure Functions, Azure SQL Database) is an advantage
  •     Knowledgeable in PnP (Patterns and Practices) framework and solutions is an advantage
  •     Must be amenableto work on a fixed morning to midshift.
  •     Must be amenable to work in Diliman, Quezon City.
  •     Ability to think strategically, assess alternatives for short and long-term impacts and act decisively
  •     Knowledgeable in project planning and usage tracking tools
  •     Ability to effectively apply project management methodologies and ensure that the necessary technical skills are included with the project team and utilized appropriately
  •     Some knowledge of technology platforms and environments
  •     Good understanding of business functions, issues, and business applications (i.e. SharePoint, Office 365)
  •     Facilitates workshops and collaboration sessions as required
  •     Good organizational and problem-solving abilities that enable you to manage through creative abrasion
  •     Good verbal and written communication; able to effectively articulate technical vision, possibilities, and outcomes
  •     Demonstrates understanding of how technology supports company's strategy
