Job Description and Qualification:


The Learning & Development Manager is supporting the Company's strategic goals and improving the Company's business performance, with overall responsibility for learning and development activities in the Company's Global Business Center (GBC) in partnership with the Human Resources VP. Key activities include developing high performers/leadership programs, developing competency management models, developing employee diversity plan, developing training program, and managing employee on boarding, development, and training. Reports to the Human Resources VP, assists and advises leadership on learning and development issues, and coordinates with relevant stakeholders such as GBC Functional Tower Leads and GBC HR Business Partners.


  • At least 3 years experience in the same capacity 
  • 5 years solid experience in learning & develoment preferrably in shared services industry
  • Experience managing teams in a shared service center environment, with proven experience in training, coaching, and developing key resources 
  • Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships across diverse geographies/locations and business units 
  • Fundamental knowledge of principles and methods for curriculum and training design, teaching and instruction for individuals and groups, and the measurement of training effects
  • Fundamental knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, and coordination of people and resources
  • Must have excellent communications, critical thinking, judgement and decision making, team working, leadership, and change orientation skills.
  • Must be open to work in NIGHT SHIFT schedule.
