Job Description and Qualification:


Management Profitability Report (MPR) Analyst for Bankwide, Corbank, Executive Office, Consumer Finance Group, ITG, Conso RBS, CIBS, Equity Trading and General,  – integrates data from various sources and systems applications, analyzes and presents financial information into meaningful and actionable reports to support the decision-making processes of the bank. The MPR Analyst functions with particular emphasis on the analysis, development, maintenance and automation of reports on internal performance indicators.


  1. Develops timely, accurate and comprehensive reports and analysis on internal performance indicators enabling senior management to monitor the progress of strategic plan implementation and to aid them in the decision-making process.
  2. Gathers, analyzes and reconciles relevant data sets from variety of sources and databases to ensure accuracy and completeness of reports.
  3. Understands the methodologies associated with data gathering, processing of reports being handled to enable process streamline and automation.
  4. Proactively identify new reports that may be helpful to users.
  5. Prepares and updates process manuals of reports being handled.
  6. Examine and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and other financial reports to assess accuracy, completeness, and conformance to reporting and procedural standards
  7. Actively participate in the planning stage to provide budget templates as well as financial & non-financial historical information
  8. Analyze and integrate data from various sources to prepare MPR of assigned group
  9. Analyze historical information of business groups and provide answers as to why and what happened
  10. Preparation of other supporting schedules.
  11. Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time


  • College Graduate of Business or Quantitative Course
  • Preferably Masteral Degree Holder in Business or Finance
  • Knowledgeable with Financial Analysis and Management Accounting
  • Proficient with MS Excel and Word
