Job Description and Qualification:

DESCRIPTION:

• Supervise a team of recruiters, and 4 team leads and report on each of their performance

• Keep track of the recruiting metrics (e.g. # of shortlisted candidates etc.)

• Create / Implement new sourcing methods and keep the team up to date with the current trends

• Optimize the use of the recruitment tool and ensure that the team members are adhering to the process

• Coordinate and develop strong relationship with Partners to ensure that the deliverables are met

• Recommend recruitment events such as provincial job fairs etc.

• Handle end to end recruitment for some roles

• Handle performance review for all members of team


QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least 2 years managerial experience

• Graduate of any 4-year course

• at least 8 years experience in recruitment

• Background in managing team KPI

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Technology Savvy

• Business Acumen

• Hands-on experience in recruitment tool is an advantage

• Strong decision-making skills

• Strong negotiation skills

• Leadership, team management and coaching skills
