Job Description and Qualification:

The Marketing & Communications Manager is supporting the Company’s strategic goals and improving the Company’s business performance, with overall responsibility for marketing and communications operations in Company’s Global Shared Services Center (GSSC) in Taguig, Philippines in partnership with the Head of the GSSC and US leadership. The position will have the responsibility to ensure that the GSSC provides all US business units with effective and efficient transactions processing, understand customer need and strive for customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in one of the following areas: marketing, communications, graphic design, art, or another related area
  • Have 5+ years of experience gained through increasingly responsible management positions within Communications/Marketing
  • Experience working in a shared service organization serving US business units will be an advantage
  • Highly proficient in written and verbal English. Comfortable interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Has a roll-up your sleeves mentality, can-do attitude. Shows initiative, self-starting.  A resourceful problem solver and team player. Strong interpersonal and time management skills.
