Job Description and Qualification:

Job Description:
  • Communicates  and reports to Department Head
  • Handles business  activities assigned by his/her superiors
  • Contributes new ideas, schemes, and strategies for the expansion of existing business
  • Does research work about specific industry per instruction of superiors
  • Handles documentation, correspondence, collection, and other important paper works
  • Other tasks that might be assigned by his/her superior from time to time.
-Project Development
  • Identifies projects for consideration  in the field of infrastructure
  • Collect project information, submit a report and coordinate with the proper section in HQ
  • Arrange and coordinate meetings with government agencies, and consultants.
  • Introduce the best local company to partner with.
-Trading Business
  • Generate sales leads, make sales calls, and email proposals to potential clients.
  • Manage negotiations between manufacturer and distributor.
  • HandIe shipping, logistics and assist in after-sales.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Qualifications:
  • Graduate of Business Administration/ Engineering
  • Background in marketing and project development in the field of Construction
  • Ability to make or handle research about incoming projects, especially government infrastructure projects
  • Experienced  in tender preparation and submission
  • Excellent communication and writing skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
Working Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
