Job Description and Qualification:

Job Summary:

Generate awareness and demand for the lubricant brands of the company by designing effective marketing strategies and leading the execution of these strategies through traditional and non-traditional marketing channels.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Design marketing plans and campaigns for the company's targeted customers which are based on the company's overall growth strategies
  • Generate awareness and demand for the products through traditional and non-traditional marketing campaigns.
  • Coordinate with other sections in developing product-specific marketing plans and assist the sections in its execution
  • Supervise Marketing and Planning Officer in executing marketing plans and campaigns that will drive demand
  • Display extensive knowledge of all lubricant product specifications and be able incorporate its unique selling proposition in all marketing campaigns across various customer segments
  • Efficient communication and brand message with customers and potential customers through web and social networking sites with advertising agencies


  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication or any 4-year degree
  • Worked for more than 3 years as a Marketing and Planning Officer/Section Head in an Oil/Gas/Lubricant company
  • With more than 3 years of experience in designing and executing marketing campaigns for fuels, lubricants, and other oil related products
  • Experienced in Corporate planning and Business planning
  • Well-versed in traditional (print, audio, video) and non-traditional marketing channels (social media)
  • With above average communication skills
Work Schedule:
  • Monday to Friday 9:00AM to 6:00PM
  • Offers up to 50,000 per month
