Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Economics, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing, Commerce or equivalent.
  • Required language(s): Spanish, English
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 3 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Administrative Support or equivalent.
  • Must have experience working for Foreigners or Expatriate.
  • Must have experience with Database management.
  • Must have knowledge with MS Office applications.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Willing to work in Makati.
  • Two position(s) available.
Job Purpose: Provide "virtual" administrative personnel to assist and support the Global offices in need with the focus of delivering the following services:
  • Determine the detailed corporate requirement and complete deliverables to stakeholders
  • Manage contact list and update members database.
  • Maintain calendar and set-up meetings accordingly, agenda and distribution.
  • Take transcription and handle correspondence, writing and distribution.
  • Make travel arrangements as prescribed by stakeholders.
  • Prepare and send out e-mail newletters, marketing materials.
  • Other ad hoc task that may be assigned from time to time.
