Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • Required skill(s): MS Excel.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service or Sales.
  • Must have excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Must be open to work on a Shifting Schedule.
  • Experience handling Foreign Stakeholders is a must.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
  • Must be organized.
  • Can start ASAP.
  • Two (2) position(s) available.

Job Description

Call Management:

       Schedule calls (using Doodle) for Committees, Task Forces, and other such groups as needed

       Circulate agenda to stakeholders

       Take attendance during calls

       Prepare and circulate Meeting Notes

       Monitor action items, and all communication via Samepage and other channels

       Language interpretation as needed

Documentation Management:

       File Management (organizing files using Dropbox, Samepage, as needed etc)

Responding to General Membership Enquiries:

       Responding to general inquiries via email, Samepage, LiveChat (TBC)-  such as Events details, Membership dues- and other information that is available via eonetwork.org

        Following up and coordinating with member leaders and staff liaisons

Data Management:

       Determine the detailed corporate requirement and complete deliverables to stakeholders

       Manage contact lists, program registrations, dashboards

       Handle role specific platforms such as WeHive

       Prepare and send out e-mail newsletters, marketing materials

       Data collection- surveys, and analysis

       Database building and Management (eg. updating email or contact lists in CRM)

       Research on certain topics for blog posts, newsletters or others

       CRM member data report generation

       Member data reporting and analysis

       Team budget monitoring

Other Ad Hoc: 

       Coordinate travel information for programs

       Coordinate with EO Global Staff, EO Regional Staff, and Chapter Admins for all work related matters

       Coordinate member/ GSEA group chats

       Official errands (coordination with vendors, events support etc.)

       Hotel and Flight Booking, as necessary

       Transcription (transcribing voicemail, video or audio, podcasts etc.)

       Preparing EO materials- PPT

       Filter and reply to comments with online mediums and communications

Participating in discussion forums or message boards (Marketing and Promotion)
