Job Description and Qualification:

1. Application Processing

a. Approve member application

b. Process credit card payments transaction

c. Send follow up email for declined credit card transactions

d. Wire payments: validate payment through chapter admins

e. Wire payments: validate payment receipt through EO Finance

f. Sends application link for incomplete application forms

g. Validate incoming wire payments

h. Process late renewals periodically

2. Reports

a. Coordinates with Zendesk regarding problematic profiles (duplicate email addresses, CRM issues, merging of profiles)

b. Reactivates Elumni profiles

c. Resends New Welcome email

d. Find old applications in the system

e. Transferring of chapter

f. Coordinates with regional staff regarding the status of missing member/elumni

3. Projects

a. GMC incentive reporting

4. Other tasks

a. Ad hoc reports as needed from CRM

b. Cross check Googledoc/CRM for running tally

c. Forward Pardot emails to chapters

d. EO Accelerator- validate status requests

e. EO Accelerator- coordinate with EO Global Staff for clearances

f. EO Accelerator-resends applications prospects

g. Coordination with Finance h. Address emails received through and

a. Update and maintain team Application Tracker
