Job Description and Qualification:

  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , any field.
  • At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Preferably 3-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Customer Service, Sales or equivalent.
  • Must have extensive experience coordinating with Expats.
  • Working with a Multinational Company is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication skills is a must, both written and oral.
  • Must have good interpersonal skills.
  • Can do multitasking and organized.
  • Willing to work in Ayala Ave., Makati City.
  • Must be open to work in a Night shift schedule.
  • Can start ASAP.

a. GMC incentive reporting
b. NM weekly report

2. Reports
a. Coordinates with Zendesk regarding problematic profiles (duplicate email addresses, CRM issues, merging of profiles)
b. Reactivates Elumni profiles
c. Resends New Welcome email
d. Find old applications in the system
e. Transferring of chapter
f. Coordinates with regional staff regarding the status of missing member/alumni
1. Application Processing
a. Approve member application
b. Process credit card payments transaction
c. Send follow up email for declined credit card transactions
d. Wire payments: validate payment through chapter admins
e. Wire payments: validate payment receipt through EO Finance
f. Sends application link for incomplete application forms
g. Validate incoming wire payments
h. Process late renawals periodically

Duties and Responsibilities:
