Job Description and Qualification:

Job requirements:
  • Excellent and advanced Excel, PPT, and other Microsoft office tools proficiency
  • Has Data Management experience 2-3 years at least
  • Graduate of Finance, Business course
  • Has experience in working in a corporate environment – preferably from a Multi National Company
  • Must have excellent communication skills (both written and oral).
  • Must have experience coordinating with a lot of people.
  • Must be willing to work on a Mid-shift schedule.
  • Call Management - schedule calls for Functional Committee, Expert, Regional Calls. Prepare and circulate meeting notes.
  • Document Management - file management, responding to general inquiries via email.
  • Data Management - manage contact lists and update member database. Prepare and send out email news letters, marketing materials.
  • Coordinate with the Global Staff, Regional Staff.
  • Hotel and flight bookings, as necessary.
