Job Description and Qualification:


  • Support, build and maintain business solution using O365 solutions including Power Suite
  • Maintain existing Power Suite business solutions
  • Enhance and develop functionality to support business objectives in O365
  • Maintain governance and information architecture
  • Provide project management/coordination for solutions
  • Collaborate with clients on the best approach to enable and advance their O365 capabilities; consult with business owners on business process improvement and automation according to best practices and obtain functional, technical and design requirements
  • Design, develop, and implement custom O365 solutions
  • Assist management with O365 / SharePoint platform governance, strategy, road maps, policies, security, documentation and compliance matters
  • Identify new O365 / SharePoint enhancements that may be relevant and make appropriate recommendations


  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree
  • 3 years and above experience working with O365 solutions or 2-3 years’ experience in an engineer or developer role – or - other role where equivalent duties were performed.
  • Experience using the following Microsoft O365 tools: SharePoint Online, PowerApps, Flow, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams. Office Suite, C# .NET, PowerShell, Azure, MSGraph
  • Understand business opportunities and challenges and be able to match them to available O365 / SharePoint Online solutions
  • Must possess strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical staff members
  • Develop and implement solutions for SharePoint / O365 ECM, collaboration, and document management according to Microsoft best practices
  • Experience designing, developing, and implementing high quality, scalable and extensible O365 and SharePoint solutions
  • Ability to manage and meet solution delivery targets
  • Demonstrated ability to manage large/multi-stakeholder initiatives and change in an organization
  • Ability to work in distributed / virtual teams across business units, local and central IT;
  • Ideally experience in working within a complex highly federated organization;
  • Self-motivated individual with flexible and positive approach to work.
