Job Description and Qualification:

• Responsible for the development of complex and innovative automated campaigns across multiple channels, to engage and nurture patients and prospective patients for approximately 50 hospital brands.
• Oversee the multi-channel team at the Global Business Center (GBC).
• to develop, edit and/or QA marketing assets, segmentation queries and MA journeys/nurture flows including landing pages, emails and e-newsletters and ensure seamless, multi-channel, user experience and tracking between our marketing assets and web properties and help deploy forms on owned websites.
• Proactively ensure all assets maintain the highest standards of quality, ethics, and legal compliance including CAN-SPAM, HIPAA, GDPR, CCPA and American Disabilities Act
• Help upload and QA campaign audience data
• Assist with system integrations/APIs including troubleshooting sync and other platform-related issues
• Help establish short- and long-term CRM/MA strategy. Ensure the organization’s continuous evolution in leveraging CRM/MA technology to build smarter/faster/more efficient digital solutions
• Recommend ways to make all online touchpoints more engaging, higher performing, and more efficient – taking advantage of existing tools and technology at hand
• Innovate on and expand our existing CRM/MA with more sophisticated and/or optimized journeys, optimized solutions and new features
• Design, launch, and track online campaigns tailored to markets and personas

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in business, marketing, or another related area
• Strong subject matter expertise in marketing automation and CRM technologies, passion for innovation, a team-oriented management approach, and the desire to create the most effective engagement programs possible.
• 5 years or more experience creating and executing marketing automation campaigns including sophisticated nurtures/journeys
• More than two years’ experience with CRM and MA platforms, including Salesforce and Marketo
• B2C experience
• Experience deploying campaigns at scale for multiple brands and/or products (service lines)
• Solid understanding and experience using data to develop segments and personas, creation of complex lead scores and logic-driven dynamic journeys and campaigns
• Technical understanding of API interfaces and data processing automation
• Prefer experience creating efficient solutions for managing campaigns used across multiple brands
• Retail, CPG, travel, hospitality and/or healthcare industry experience preferred
• Preferably has Marketing automation and/or Salesforce CRM certifications and Master's Degree in one of the following areas: business, marketing, or another related area
