Job Description and Qualification:

• The role will be part of the company’s strategic marketing group and will be responsible for planning and executing educational and marketing materials for consumers in the healthcare space  with a focus on graphic design, animated assets and online videos for advertising, social media, and patient education programs.  
• Partner closely with the Strategic Marketing and Content teams to enhance existing materials and create new campaigns.
• Responsible for the Graphic Design, Multimedia Execution, Creative Direction and Administration.
• Provide excellent support for Strategic Marketing team requests to customize creative assets to convey each hospital’s personality and unique value – leveraging global templates, dynamic content capabilities, and local content such as logo, hospital brand, value proposition and testimonials
• Edit raw photo and video footage into final format, for use in many stages of patient, prospective patient and caregiver engagement

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College degree in Graphic Design, Art, or Marketing another related area
• 3 years of related experience preferably in graphic design and multimedia
• Prefer experience working with marketing automation and web technology
• Prefer experience in healthcare marketing, including understanding of rules and regulations
• Proficiency at Adobe Creative Suite CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Proficiency in photo/video editing software including or similar to Lightroom, After Effects and Premiere Pro
• Prefer additional software knowledge for easy editing of animation/web and multimedia assets
• Knowledge of modern day media platforms and the tools used to engage consumers
• Understanding of project management techniques
• Prefer ability to concept and write content and campaigns
• Prefer understanding of American Disabilities Act compliance and its regulations (WCAG 2.0)
