- Provide overall creative direction and guidance to the video production projects of the team.
- Update team on the latest design and branding policies of the company.
- Represent the team in the company's Global Branding team. Collaborate with POCs from other design studios in developing guidelines and addressing brand related concerns.
- Work with the Project Coordinator to ensure that all projects and outputs created by the artists are of high quality. Backs-up the Project Coordinator when needed.
- Lead the team in adopting new practices such as agile, design thinking, or human-centered design techniques.
- Collaborate effectively with the team members and internal clients in the ideation and conceptualization of video projects.
- Plans with the Creatives Manager to identify suitable skills training and development opportunities for artists. Conduct regular coaching and career development touchpoints to the Multimedia team members.
- Coordinates with the Creatives Manager in determining and implementing short to long-term goals and strategies to maintain and improve service quality and capability.
- Provides timely feedback on staff performance to the Creatives Manager.
- Provides reports as needed by the Creatives Manager and the Management Team
- Performs other admin duties and responsibilities as assigned.
- Estimate of 5% or less video production work (only when needed or there’s work overflow) and 95% management work.
- Work shift is 9am – 6pm, Monday to Fridays.
- Bachelor’s degree In Fine Arts, Multimedia, or Digital Arts is preferred
- Previous experience working as Creative Lead in video projects with cross-functional teams in BPO, Publishing, Advertising/Marketing, Media, Design, or Film industries
- Knowledgeable in Adobe Suite (Premiere, After Effects, Photoshop, etc.) is required
- Prior project management experience, with a focus on creative direction
- Intermediate Project Coordination and Management skills is a plus
