Job Description and Qualification:

  • Reporting to Country Manager, will be responsible for all sales and marketing activity in all customer account through direct selling or distribution.
  • Manage and monitor achievement and productivity of all sales team, improving distribution reach by opening new area.
  • Plan and implement program that can result in increase of sales.
  • Lead Nationwide Sales Force in strategizing and achieving National Sales Target and building a long-term client relationship.
  • Monitor and analyze Sales Performance metrics per area/channel and develop effective solutions on a specific Account and/or channel.
  • Develop sales strategies and manage sales team in order to achieve set sales goals, targets and revenue.
  • Ensure smooth operational activities in sales team in terms of order taking and coordinate with logistic team/vendor.
  • Work with Marketing team to decide programs to execute in each channel.
  • Control sales experience in all channels.
  • Prepare Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Sales Reports and Analysis, Annual National Support, Sales Forecast and Monthly Forecasts to Sell.
  • Conduct monthly Business Review with Sales Team.
  • Prepare monthly consolidated sales report that includes sell in and sell out, and stock position.
  • Continuously develop and identify new potential customers and prepare a feasibility proposal including Profit after Support.

  • At least 5 years work experience.
  • Knowledgeable in the business and proven capability in selling technique and promotion.
  • Have managerial capability in handling sales team.
  • Great interpersonal skill and capable in effective communication
  • Willing to be assigned in Quezon City.
