Job Description and Qualification:


·         Responsible in handling front office reception including greeting visitors, answering phone calls in a professional & timely manner, handling company inquiries, sorting and distributing mails.

·         Provide excellent customer service for call out and management of ready-to-phone list from service centre.

·         Assist in a variety of administrative and clerical support such as office supplies request, office maintenance coordination, etc.

·         Receive all deliveries, releasing of checks for collections.

·         Maintains cleanliness, neatness and orderly front office reception.

·         Any other related tasks that may be assigned by management.


·         Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s/College Degree in any field.

·         Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role.

·         Excellent written and verbal communications skills, efficiency in telephone communication is a must.

·         Proficiency in English (verbal and written).

·         Computer literate in Microsoft Office applications.

·         Honest, trustworthy and highly motivated.

·         Excellent comprehension skills to understand instructions or directions.

·         Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.

·         Highly organized, multi-tasking and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.

·         Self-starter with positive working attitude.

·         Professional attitude and appearance.

  • Able to contribute positively as part of a team, helping out with various tasks as required.

·         Can work independently.
