Qualifications:

Tasks:

Answers Phone calls inquiries

Answers inquiries at the reception area

Support other departments administratively.

Complete operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects, expedite reports informing work results

Recordkeeping systems, control forms, office layout, and budgetary and personnel requirements, implement changes.

Other administrative tasks that may be assigned from time to time
