Job Description and Qualification:

The Operations Assistant, coordinate the overall retail operations of the company and monitor effective personnel performance management of the retail stores. He/She is responsible for all the various tasks involved in keeping multiple stores running smoothly by adhering to the compliance requirements in all areas of operational activity. 

  1. Responsible for overseeing employees make sure they are giving top customer service and gaining sales. 
  2. To ensure all the monitoring their compliance with policy, procedures, and standards.
  3. Determine employee schedules & follow up on work results, manage cash and manage inventory.
  1. Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Management, or equivalent experience.
  2. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience as Clerical/Administration or equivalent. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  3. Must be computer savvy (Microsoft applications)
  4. A detailed-oriented person with strong communications skills and good interpersonal and highly analytical. 
  5. Flexible, Mature and pro-active.
  6. Applicants must be willing to work in Ortigas.
